The Vandoren Java Tenor Sax Reeds were developed in 1983 for jazz and popular music. This proven design has be now expanded on with the new JAVA Red Tenor Sax reeds.
The new JAVA Red tenor reed features a filed cut and a new overall design in order to maintain the quick response and articulation of the original JAVA models while adding a more flexible reed with more tonal body to it’s sound. They offer a full, rich and centered tone (similar to the V16) with the excellent response and precise attach of the JAVA.
