Amadeus 580 Series Flute by Haynes
Advanced Haynes Performance at Intermediate Price
The passion and craftsmanship that has been associated with Wm. S. Haynes flutes since 1888 emanates through every Amadeus flute. The master flutemakers design and work on each flute before it leaves the Boston workshop. With the Amadeus 580 Flute, Haynes brings their professional craft into the price range of students.
The Amadeus 580 features a concept that focuses on professional design first and foremost. With the Haynes scale, professional grade keywork & padding, the Amadeus 580 pairs the simple elegance of their flute with the “Amadeus Cut” headjoint. This headjoint is designed to be free blowing and expressive for the progressing flautist. Combined with a Sterling Silver Lip & Riser on a nickel-silver headjoint tube, the Amadeus 580 provides a rich tone while maintaining a budget friendly price.
Your new Amadeus 580 flute, when purchased through Kessler & Sons Music, is fully gone through in our professional flute shop to ensure that it is at its peak performance when you receive it. Furthermore, we provide you with a 1 year “ProShop Warranty” covering pads and adjustments at no additional charge.
Pisoni Lucien Deluxe Pads
Flute Pads can have a phenomenal impact on the performance, feel & response of a flute. Better flutes tend to see a major upgrade in pads over student models. In the case of the Amadeus 580, the Pisoni Lucien Deluxe pad was chosen. This pad features a specially treated pressed felt in order to provide a firm feel to your new Amadeus 580 flute while maintaining the life expectancy of a traditional felt pad.
Even though the Lucien Deluxe is a “felt pad”, it still requires a more skilled technician in order to adjust and regulate your new flute. Kessler & Sons Music has 3 fully trained technicians who have been trained how to properly handle and work on professional flutes and the higher end pads associated with them. The techniques that we use on the highest end professional flute pads are also applied when we work on the Lucien Deluxe pads in your new Amadeus 580 flute. As a result, you will find an Amadeus 580 setup in our shop to be more responsive, expressive and more stable than an Amadeus 580 that has not been put through this level of professional setup. This is just another advantage of purchasing through Kessler & Sons Music!
Every great flute needs a great piccolo! Well, not really “NEEDS” but let’s be honest, what player who has a great flute (like this Amadeus 580 Flute) doesn’t want a piccolo of the same caliber? However, good piccolos tend to be more expensive than good flutes! So, in order to provide you with a better value, we allow you to bundle one of our own Kessler Custom Artist Series Composite piccolos for FREE!!
Wood Headjoint Upgrade Option
We now also offer the Kessler Custom Piccolo with a new Symphonic Cut wood headjoint. This option costs more than the composite obviously so we will allow you to simply pay the difference ($300). You can also choose to get the piccolo with BOTH headjoints for a little more ($350 total).
Make sure that you select it at the time of the order! Check it out below:
