Closed to the Public, but Still Shipping!
Updated: March 20th
On March 17th, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak ordered that all "non-essential businesses" close to the public for 30 days; effectively shutting down the State of Nevada. On March 20th, the Governor enhanced this to an executive order. As a result, we are making a few small changes to our previous policy release.
Still Shipping, for FREE!*
Our web presence will still be functioning and we will be processing orders as normal for the time being. Instruments will still be setup and shipped and accessory orders filled. We will also be offering Free shipping on most orders, with a few restrictions of course.
Nevada Customers - Online orders of $25 or more will ship for Free. No limitations.
Out of State Customers - For customers inside the Contiguous USA (main 48 states), orders of $150 or more will be shipped for Free (select free shipping at checkout). There are a few restrictions of course and this does not apply to Bari Saxes, Euphoniums or Bass Clarinets.
No Longer Taking Appointments
All 3 of our locations are Closed to the Public until the state restrictions on "non-essential businesses" are lifted. This means that we cannot even take appointments. Our repair facility will still be working, but only on instruments that are either already in our possession or are shipped in by the customer.
We are accepting repairs that are shipped in. If you need assistance arranging shipping, please email Dave Kessler.
Please note, many instruments will go through a "quarantine period" in shop before being handled by our staff.
We are not able to allow for in store instrument testing until the restrictions are lifted. We can still ship instruments to you with our trial policy in place (click here for details).
If you are in need of expert advice on which instrument will best suit your needs, give us a call during business hours or send us an email!
We do offer our standard trial policy on mouthpieces & other accessories. We will be offering this via our shipping service still, but will not be accepting in store appointments for these requests at this time. All items will still go through our cleaning and sterilization process as described on our blog post here.
Sales & Specials!
With the decrease of business in store, we will be running additional specials online! We also love to help our customers find the perfect instrument for their musical needs. We have already launched these specials on most Kessler Custom products! Head to our website to see!
Our main store and toll free number will still be open so that we can continue to provide our professional and personal advice. Give us a call!
Taking Care of Our Staff!
As a family business with family values, our staff and their families are of the utmost importance to us. We are taking care of our staff through this. We appreciate their hard work and we are taking care of them!
We have been serving the needs of musicians for over 30 years. We care about our community and customers locally and nationally. In our 30+ years, we have witnessed and survived recessions, 9/11 & the Las Vegas October 1 mass shooting; coming out stronger than we were before we went in. We have no doubt that the same will be true of this crisis.
If you have any questions, concerns or additional suggestions, please feel free to reach out to me directly at email@example.com.
Be safe and sane!
